Be positive and joyful! Make good food choices!

Give thanks for a new year, new opportunities!

Practice breathing deeply.  Find some stairs to climb!

Make sure you are eating plenty of protein today.  It gives you energy.

Go for a long walk and give thanks with every step!

Reflect, be grateful, plan your meals for the week ahead

Have a rainbow colored salad today!

Take a 30 minute walk after lunch

Be sure you are drinking plenty of water!

Do 3 reps,  8 each of side to side lunges

Try an egg white lettuce wrap for breakfast

Use a towel for some resistive arm exercises

Another week! Be grateful.  Roast a chicken.

Do some deep stretches first thing in the AM

Make chicken lettuce wraps for lunch

Stir fry rainbow veggies  and climb some  stairs

Make a quick chicken salad for lunch

Go for a nice brisk walk at lunch

Stock up on good healthy protein & veggies

Offer thanks for blessings.  Ask a friend or family to walk with you

At kitchen sink, do leg lifts to the side. 

Tackle a chore you have been putting off

Take a brisk walk first thing in AM

Tuna salad in a tomato for lunch!

Do the windmill with opposite hands to feet

Put some music on and dance!

Go to church with a friend.  Love yourself.

Plan ahead

Be joyful!

Take a deep breath and jump into the new week

Do some low impact aerobics

Make yourself a lovely salad with protein

How about those abs?  Do some crunches

Wow, one month of healthy choices. Yay!

Good choices are cumulative! Each day is a new opportunity
