All sides of the Triangle of Good Health are equally important.  We know we need to eat right, be mindful of our choices and exercise everyday.  That is why I created the Body Harmonizing System.  It was designed to help you keep your body in tune and balanced – in harmony throughout your lifetime.

The exercise portion of the triangle is actually what came first when I first thought of making a point regarding the importance of combining all three elements equally.  My Bounce 2 Health exercise program is meant to be fun, effective and uplifting.  If you aren’t having fun while you are trying to create a strong, physically fit body, then you probably won’t keep up the work it takes to achieve that level of fitness.

Even if you haven’t exercised for a while, this program will work for you!  And if you are used to working out then you will find that with a little extra effort, this can be a challenging approach to your daily routine.  Try adding some resistance to your bouncing buy adding hand held weights and exercise bands!   My DVD gives you an introduction to using the bands, but if you use your imagination, you will see what you can do.
